Jade - it says on your blog about a diet, ive learnt that all those "eat this only" diets are shit and dont work ill show you how to diet properly tommoroe.
i fit into that little black dress that i never used to, it was 2 sizes small. before i was on a no chocolate, no sweets diet but i ate sweets and figured out why. now i know how to loose weight eating your fav foods whenever you like while loosing weight

Tuesday March 10th

i am like really disgusted with myself, i feel really fat, i am going on a major diet, seriously i am. i got like, 7 pairs of new jeans and stuff and neither of them fit me!! i wanna get down to at leats a size 8/10. im a 14 right now. the diet starts right away. I'll keep you posted.
