Jade - it says on your blog about a diet, ive learnt that all those "eat this only" diets are shit and dont work ill show you how to diet properly tommoroe.
i fit into that little black dress that i never used to, it was 2 sizes small. before i was on a no chocolate, no sweets diet but i ate sweets and figured out why. now i know how to loose weight eating your fav foods whenever you like while loosing weight

Went swimming today and yesterday, wanna go every day if poss, apart from wednesday coz Nancy picks me up.
